Delete your account

Delete in the game (fastest)

1. Open the game and go to Settings.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete my data.
3. Check what will be deleted and tap Delete all.
4. Deletion starts after a short countdown. You can still cancel during the countdown.

If you have an online account, it is deleted from our server at once. Deletion needs a connection: if you are offline, try again when you are online.

If you cannot open the game

If you have uninstalled the game or lost your device, email support@lootmastergame.com with the subject "Account deletion". So that we can find your account, include one of these:

• Your player ID (if you copied it from Settings).
• The order number from the receipt of a purchase you made in the game.

Once we can confirm the account is yours, we delete it within 30 days at the latest and let you know by email. Guest accounts do not store your name or email address, so if we cannot confirm which account is yours, we may not be able to delete it, to avoid deleting someone else's account.

What is deleted

• Your account and its link to your device.
• Your progress, items, currencies and in-game mail.
• Your game activity log.
• Your guild membership, the chat messages you sent, and your Arena and leaderboard entries.
• What you bought in the game. This cannot be restored.

What is kept

• Purchase records: separated from your account, made anonymous and kept for the period required by tax law.
• A record that the account was deleted (the account number and the time), to prove the deletion.
• Reports about chat messages: the message text and the sender are removed, the report itself stays in the moderation record.
• Backups: deleted data drops out of our backups within 14 days at the latest.

If you only play on your device

If you never used online features, your data is only on your device and we have no account to delete. You can delete it in the game with the steps above.
