Terms of Use

Your right to use the game

We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with the rules of the App Store or Google Play. The game and its content (code, art, text and sound) belong to us or to our licensors.

Your account

• The game uses a guest account linked to your device. It does not ask for an email address or password.
• There is no account recovery. If you lose your device or reinstall the game, your progress may be lost. If you made purchases, contact support and we will try to help.
• You may not sell, transfer or share your account.
• If you are under 18, play with the knowledge of a parent or guardian and ask them before you make purchases.

Virtual items and currencies

• Crystals, other in-game currencies, items and rewards can only be used in the game. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game.
• You do not own virtual content: you get a right to use it in the game.
• We may change virtual content to keep the game balanced.
• Chests and summons give random results. The odds are shown in the game and on Odds.

Purchases

• Real-money purchases are made only through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms. Prices are shown in the store and include taxes.
• What you buy is delivered to your account right away. Because digital content is delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal may not apply, to the extent the law allows.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. If a purchase is refunded, we may remove its content from your account.
• Players under 18 have a monthly spending limit.

Rules of conduct

• Cheating, bots, automation, modifying the game and exploiting bugs are not allowed.
• In chat and in guild names and descriptions, insults, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, sharing personal information, scams and advertising are not allowed.
• Do not try to access other players' accounts or harm our servers.
• You can report messages and block players in the game.

Moderation

We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules, mute chat for a time, or suspend or close an account. To appeal, write to the address on Support.

Your content

You are responsible for the guild names, descriptions and chat messages you write. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to show, store and moderate this content in the game. The permission ends when the content or your account is deleted, except for records we must keep by law.

Changes to the game

We may update the game, add or remove features and pause it for maintenance. If we shut the game down for good, we will announce it in the game in reasonable time beforehand.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may close your account if you seriously break these terms.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always work without interruptions or errors. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live and your right to go to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we publish the new version with a new effective date on this page and announce important changes in the game. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
